2. Scope of Services
MJ&M Enterprise LLC offers logistics and freight solutions including:
- Automated dispatching through partner networks and routing software
- Regional and long-haul freight transportation using contract drivers
- Third-party logistics (3PL) integration for seamless fulfillment
All services are provided under agreed contracts and operational terms.
3. Contractual Agreements
Before services begin, a formal contract must be executed between MJ&M Enterprise LLC and the client. Each contract will outline:
- Service scope and duration
- Pricing and payment schedules
- Responsibilities of both parties
- Insurance coverage
- Conditions for termination
Any service description outside of the contract is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a legal agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Clients are required to adhere to the payment terms outlined in their contract. Typically, payments are due within 15 or 30 days from invoice date.
- Late payments may be subject to a 5% interest per month.
- Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received on time.
- MJ&M Enterprise LLC reserves the right to recover any outstanding balances through legal means.
5. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients must:
- Provide accurate shipment, contact, and access information
- Ensure loading/unloading points are ready and accessible
- Communicate any scheduling issues or special delivery requirements
- Comply with all transportation safety and regulatory requirements
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may lead to delays or additional costs.
6. Operations & Delivery
MJ&M Enterprise LLC operates through automated systems and contracted drivers. While we strive for timely delivery and accuracy:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather, road closures, labor strikes, etc.)
- We reserve the right to adjust delivery schedules in the event of unforeseen disruptions
- Service availability may vary based on region and volume
7. Liability & Insurance
MJ&M Enterprise LLC holds standard transportation insurance as per industry requirements.
- Clients must inform us in advance for high-value or time-sensitive shipments
- Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the signed agreement
- Additional coverage may be requested and will be quoted accordingly
8. Confidentiality
All operational processes, documents, pricing, and client data are treated as confidential. Clients agree not to share or disclose any proprietary information obtained during the course of engagement with MJ&M Enterprise LLC.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, documents, service models, and website content are the property of MJ&M Enterprise LLC.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited without written consent.
10. Updates to Terms
MJ&M Enterprise LLC reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our official platforms, and continued use of our services after revisions implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Termination of Services
A written notice of 30 days is required by either party for the termination of services, unless otherwise stated in a specific contract. MJ&M Enterprise LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate services in cases of fraud, policy violation, or failure to meet contractual obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under this jurisdiction.
